Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of WellRegard, operated by Adeen ur Rehman. By creating a WellRegard account, connecting a Google Business Profile, Facebook Page, or Instagram professional account, submitting information to WellRegard, or requesting or authorizing a demo, you agree to these Terms.

Merely viewing a temporary public demo page does not, by itself, mean that the business featured on that page has requested the demo or accepted these Terms.

Who this service is for

WellRegard is intended only for businesses, agencies, other organizations, and people authorized to act on their behalf. It is intended only for use by people 18 years of age or older. WellRegard is not a direct-to-consumer product and is not intended for personal, individual use unrelated to a business or organization.

Description of the service

WellRegard lets a business connect its Google Business Profile, Facebook Page, and Instagram professional account so WellRegard can read reviews and comments on those accounts, generate AI-assisted draft replies, and — only once a person at the business approves a draft — post that reply back to the connected account. WellRegard also operates a separate founder-run demo and Report Card tool, where business and review information is entered manually rather than connected through an account, described further below.

Connected-account authorization

If you connect a Google Business Profile, Facebook Page, or Instagram professional account to WellRegard, you represent that:

• you are authorized to connect and manage that account on behalf of the business it belongs to;
• you have the rights and permissions necessary to grant WellRegard the access it requests; and
• your connecting the account, and WellRegard's use of the resulting information as described in the Privacy Policy, do not violate applicable law, the connected platform's own terms, or any third party's rights.

You may disconnect or reconnect a connected account at any time from WellRegard's Settings. WellRegard does not currently offer a self-service action that both disconnects an account and deletes its previously stored data — see the Privacy Policy and the Data Deletion page for how to request deletion.

AI-generated drafts and human responsibility

Draft replies to reviews and comments are generated using an artificial intelligence model, informed by the review or comment itself and by any reply-style preferences the business has configured. AI-generated content may be incorrect, unsuitable, or inappropriate. WellRegard does not represent that AI-generated content is accurate, appropriate, or fit for any particular purpose, and AI-generated drafts are not legal, regulatory, or professional advice.

WellRegard does not post any reply to a connected Google, Facebook, or Instagram account without a person at the business first reviewing and explicitly approving it. You are solely responsible for:

• reviewing and editing any draft before it is approved;
• deciding whether to approve and post a draft;
• ensuring the factual accuracy of anything you post;
• complying with applicable laws; and
• complying with the policies and terms of Google, Meta, and any other platform where a reply is posted.

No outcome guarantees

WellRegard does not guarantee any particular business outcome, including any improvement in reputation, ratings, review or comment response rates, revenue, or any other business result, whether from using draft replies, the connected product, demo pages, Report Cards, or any other part of the service.

Service dependency on third-party platforms

WellRegard's connected product depends on Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and Anthropic continuing to operate their respective APIs and services on terms WellRegard can rely on. WellRegard is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google or Meta. A change, outage, or policy change by any of these providers may affect WellRegard's ability to sync reviews or comments, generate drafts, or post replies, and WellRegard does not guarantee continuous availability of any connected provider's functionality.

Billing

WellRegard offers recurring paid subscriptions. Current launch pricing is USD $29 per month or USD $290 per year for the Business plan, and USD $199 per month for the Agency plan. The pricing, plan features, taxes, billing interval, and other purchase terms shown on the WellRegard website and at checkout govern the subscription purchased.

Purchases are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as merchant of record for WellRegard orders and handles payment collection, applicable taxes, receipts, payment-related customer service, and approved returns or refunds. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected billing interval until canceled. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellation and refund information.

WellRegard may suspend or limit paid functionality when a subscription is not current, subject to the access rules presented in the service and applicable law.

Intellectual property

Adeen ur Rehman retains rights in WellRegard's original software, interface, branding, and other original service materials. WellRegard does not claim ownership of customer or business information, third-party review or comment text, reviewer or commenter information, or all AI-generated content.

An AI-generated draft is made available for the authorized business's use, subject to these Terms, applicable law, and third-party rights. WellRegard does not guarantee that an AI-generated draft qualifies for copyright protection, is exclusive, is free from similarity to other content, or is free from third-party claims.

Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your WellRegard account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify security@wellregard.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or a connected provider account.

Prohibited use

You must not use WellRegard to submit or generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, confidential, infringing, or misleading; to connect a provider account you are not authorized to manage; to attempt to circumvent WellRegard's security, approval, or access controls; or to use the service in a way that violates Google's or Meta's own platform terms.

Availability and support

The service may be unavailable at times. WellRegard does not currently offer any uptime or service-level commitment, and does not currently offer a guaranteed support response time. Maintenance, security issues, third-party provider outages, or other operational changes may interrupt access to the service.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

WellRegard is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WellRegard and Adeen ur Rehman are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes and suspension

WellRegard may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service. Notice may be provided where reasonably practicable, but WellRegard does not promise advance notice in every circumstance.

Termination

You may stop using WellRegard, and may request account or data deletion, at any time as described in the Privacy Policy. WellRegard may suspend or terminate access to the service for any account that violates these Terms.

Demo and Report Card tool

Separately from the connected product described above, WellRegard operates a founder-run demo and Report Card tool. Business and review information used by this tool is entered manually by the founder or by an authorized representative of the business the information concerns; this tool does not automatically retrieve reviews from Google or any other source, and does not automatically post responses to Google or any other platform. Any use of a draft response produced by this tool outside WellRegard is entirely up to the business or its authorized representative.

By submitting information as an authorized submitter to the demo tool, you give WellRegard permission to use and temporarily display that information on an unauthenticated public demo page, including business name and city, review text, reviewer label, star rating, and an AI-generated draft response. A business contact number may become publicly visible if it is provided and incorporated into an AI-generated response; you must not provide a contact number unless you are authorized for that number to be displayed publicly in this way.

Demo pages produced by this tool are temporary. A demo page may expire, enter a grace period, be removed, or become unavailable and return an HTTP 410 (Gone) response. WellRegard does not represent that a demo page will remain available for any particular length of time. Public demo removal requests may be submitted to takedown@wellregard.com and are handled as described in the Privacy Policy; submitting a removal request does not mean every internal record related to the demo will be deleted.

You retain whatever ownership rights you legitimately hold in information you submit to the demo tool. You grant WellRegard a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to that information, limited to receiving and storing it, processing it through WellRegard's service providers, generating draft responses and Report Cards from it, creating and displaying temporary demo pages from it, and administering, securing, and operating the service. This licence lasts only as reasonably necessary for those purposes. Nothing in this licence gives you or WellRegard ownership of information — such as third-party review text — that you do not legally own.

Privacy

WellRegard's handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or use of WellRegard will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in Punjab, Pakistan.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
